To make proper and effective implementation of tax ordinances in the collection of all kinds of local taxes.
Build a workforce to be in the frontline in implementing measures and guidelines for the maintenance of adequate funds relative to and in support to the Local Chief Executive for the delivery of services to the people.
To promote financial stability and growth of the city through proper, efficient and effective administration of local taxes and effective records management system and establishment of high level of service to the people through dedication and integrity.
