I. Mandate:

The City Government of Malolos has established a clear set of priority programs within its jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of Local Government Code known as RA 7160. These programs are designed to confidently ensure the preservation and enrichment of local culture, promote health and safety, maintain a balanced ecology, foster the development of scientific and technological capabilities, enhance public morals, promote economic prosperity and social justice, encourage full employment for residents, enforce peace and order, and create opportunities for the inhabitants to live comfortably.
